Conditions of Offer: Please confirm you are aware that only unconditional offers will be considered; any further planning applications, if required, will take place after completion.

Purchaser Fee and Transaction Coordination Agreement: A buyer’s fee of £4,950 plus VAT applies under a separate agreement for purchaser information and transaction coordination services, payable if a binding transaction is entered into. Full terms are available from Allen Heritage.

Anti-Money Laundering Compliance: We are legally required to verify the identity of all purchasers. A statutory Anti-Money Laundering (AML) check will be carried out on everyone named on the offer form at a cost of £50 + VAT. You will shortly receive an email directing you to make the payment and complete the AML.
