It should take around five minutes to complete. Please answer as fully as you can, but do not worry if you do not know something—simply select “Not known” or “I am not sure” and we can investigate it. We will use the planning application reference to obtain the decision notice and approved plans from the council’s planning website.
This will normally be shown near the top of the planning decision notice.
